Cindy Navarro is the owner and web designer behind CNCO Design Studio, a business dedicated to creating unique and impactful brand and website designs for nonprofit, community organizations, and small businesses. Cindy’s expertise stems from a dynamic career, including managing the social media and website teams for a historical federal election and having a website inducted into the Library of Congress. She launched CNCO Design Studio in October 2023 and has since been recognized as a recipient of the Connecticut Women’s Business Development Council Launch Pad Grant and Waterbury Municipal Grant. Cindy is also a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program. She serves on the boards of Brass City Gamers and The People's Place and is an advisory council member for the Leever Foundation. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on international business.
