Brieanne “Brie” Hill is a dedicated parent leader and advocate with a deep passion for family engagement and equity. With over twenty-three years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Brie has built a career rooted in connection, community, and leadership. Her work has spanned direct care, residential and program management, licensing, and nonprofit administration, equipping her with the expertise to support organizations and communities in meaningful ways.
Born and raised in Danbury, CT, Brie was an active member of the NAACP and began her civic engagement early, volunteering for State Representative Lew Wallace. These formative experiences ignited her commitment to advocacy and community empowerment. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in Waterbury and Washington, CT, fostering relationships and championing family engagement efforts in local schools.
Brie’s dedication to leadership and service has been recognized with a Parent Leadership Award from the City of Waterbury for her work with Children’s Community School. She takes great pride in mentoring and uplifting others, just as she has been supported by influential mentors in her own journey. Beyond her professional work, Brie is a devoted mother, actively involved in her children’s educational and athletic pursuits. She also serves on several nonprofit boards and volunteers her time to initiatives that align with her passion for equity and community-building.
