Here is the map of the city from our 2010 plan.
In 2017 White River Holdings put together this plan for their portion of Hillmoor. This was proposed, despite the zoning restrictions.
The land that was once a community golf course, serving as a green entrance to the city, is about to be developed by its owner… or is it?
